Donald S. Rice, Esq. is a partner at Ravitch, Rice & Company, LLC which he joined from Chadbourne & Parke where he had been a partner since 1988. He is a former vice chairman of the board of the Bowery Savings Bank. He is involved in a wide range of professional, educational, and community activities, and has been a member of the AMREF USA board since 1978, and has served as Secretary in the past.
