Inosi M. Nyatta, Esq.
Ms. Nyatta is a partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in their Corporate and Finance Group in New York. She has acted on behalf of a cross-section of institutions, sponsors and corporate clients in the financial, oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, power, consumer and other sectors in the United States, Europe, Africa, Latin America and beyond. She also has experience in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint venture and project development arrangements.
Ms. Nyatta has represented clients in multijurisdictional corporate, project and structured financings, capital market offerings and a range of corporate transactions. Prior to her current position, Ms Nyatta worked in the firm’s London office from 2006 through 2010 where she was also the pro bono coordinator.
Ms. Nyatta was born and raised in Kenya. She acquired law degrees at the University of Nairobi and at New York University School of Law. A Rhodes scholarship after NYU led her to obtain a post-graduate degree in civil law at the University of Oxford in England.
Ms Nyatta is a former board member of AMREF UK and joined the AMREF USA board in 2012.
