Friday, July 25th
Young Africans Committed to Excellence (YACE) Generation NeXt Master Class (6pm)

Some of Africa’s brightest and most promising young visionaries will be honored with this year’s YACE Award. Moderated by Forbes reporter and Farai Media founder, Farai Gundan, the finalists will present on a topic pertaining to their scope of work and share their inspirational journey to success as well as their vision for Africa. Following the Master Class, attendees, professionals, and business leaders will mingle at a professional networking mixer.


Saturday, July 26th
F.A.C.E. List Awards (7pm)

THE F.A.C.E. awards honor and recognizes individuals who have made a tremendous impact on the pan-African community. The Red Carpet affair, hosted by award winning Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh and Sandra Appiah, will feature spectacular performances and acts from some of Africa’s burgeoning entertainers. Financier Dr. Mo Ibrahim, fashion icon Alek Wek, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Oheneba Boachie-Adjei, Afrobeat singer Femi Kuti, entrepreneur Bethlehem Alemu and general manager of the NBA’s Toronto Raptors Masai Ujiri will be honored for their outstanding contributions and impact on the African continent.


Sunday, July 27th
Jazz Brunch(1pm)

The brunch will provide an opportunity for intimate interaction with honorees, speakers, special guests and the producers and host committee of the weekend.
